1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phh222 website at phh222.org, registering an account, or placing any wager on any game or sporting event offered by phh222, you ("the Player," "you," or "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with all documents expressly incorporated by reference, including but not limited to the phh222 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules or promotion terms published on the platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. phh222 may deduct a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 from the balance of a dormant account. 8. Limitation of Liability

9. Amendments to These Terms

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.4 Jurisdiction. For any dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings, you and phh222 submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

11.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the documents incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and phh222 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

11.3 Waiver. A failure or delay by phh222 to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of phh222's right to enforce it subsequently.

11.4 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
